What should be clear before work begins.

The path, ownership, data, deployment, and support should be clear before sensitive information is shared or an implementation is committed.

We compare process fit, the value retained in the current system, gaps, integrations, time, risk, and cost of change. The recommendation may combine custom software with an existing platform.

Ownership, licenses, repositories, access, documentation, and transfer conditions are defined explicitly in the proposal and contract that apply to each initiative.

We design deployment according to data, connectivity, continuity, integration, security, and operating requirements. We recommend an option after those constraints are assessed.

We define sources, permissions, data location and retention, permitted actions, evaluation, logs, exceptions, and human review. A private deployment is recommended only when requirements justify it.

We design initiatives with applicable security controls and PCI DSS requirements in view when they are in scope. Any certification, validation, or compliance responsibility is documented by entity, service, and project; it is not assumed generally.

Before launch, we agree on observability, recovery, transfer, owners, and the support model. Support hours, service levels, and escalation depend on the agreement for each initiative.
